Outstanding Performances by Our High School Band Students!
This past Saturday, eight talented high school band students represented our school at the Regional Solo & Ensemble Contest held at Wenatchee High School—and they did an incredible job!
Results & Highlights:
Dreyk Lopez Humphries – Excellent (II) on Baritone Saxophone Solo
Brian Clark – Superior (I) on Trumpet Solo
Alexander Romero Perez & Andrew Short – Excellent (II) on Trumpet–Trombone Duet
Aaliyah Neff, Meg Santistevan, Samira Palomares & Lytzy Rebolledo-Zamora – Superior (I) on Clarinet Quartet
These students demonstrated exceptional musicianship, teamwork, and dedication. We are so proud of their hard work and outstanding performances—congratulations to all!

Huge congratulations to our four outstanding students who competed in FCCLA STAR Events (Students Taking Action with Recognition) and all qualified for State! These events highlight real-world skills in leadership, career exploration, and hands-on learning—and our students delivered.

All students presented their projects in person and will refine them before competing at State in Spokane this March. Those advancing will head to Nationals in Washington, D.C.
