Welcome to the 2026-27 school year!

I am proud to call Omak Home for my family and me.  We love this community.  I am a graduate of Omak High (class of ’99), Washington State University (class of ’03, BS in Biology, Minor in Chemistry with Honors), and the University of Idaho (class of ’14, Master’s in Ed Leadership).  I have taught, coached, and been in administration in 3 previous districts and moved home 8 years ago with my family - this is my 23rd year in education.  My wife of 18 years is our OHS Spanish teacher, and we have 4 children – 1 in each building this year.  This is my 6th year as the Assistant Principal at Omak High School – something I said I would never do!  It’s amazing how dreams change, and the adventure life takes us on.  I can’t think of a better place to raise my family – we bleed red and black!

I truly believe that I am here to fulfill Omak High School’s Mission:  “Educate, Support, and Inspire our OP Nation.  Every Day.”  Please reach out so that I can help make this the best school experience in the valley for your child and family that we can!  GO PIONEERS!!!!
