North Omak Elementary is proud to recognize our exceptional Speech and Language Development team and all staff for continuing to work to provide an inclusive environment where all students can participate and thrive.
Through the use of visual supports, core vocabulary boards, modeling of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), structured language routines, and building-wide communication prompts, they are helping students—verbal and nonverbal—interact meaningfully with peers and staff.

We are excited to celebrate our ongoing partnership with the Omak Movie Theatre in support of North Omak Elementary’s monthly Popcorn Friday. Each month, students who earn 10 North Star Tickets—by demonstrating Be Safe, Be Responsible, and Be Respectful—can “purchase” a bag of authentic movie-theatre popcorn.
