If you are having an issue with your district-owned technology, please send an email to:
helpdesk@omaksd.org

In the Subject line please put:
1. a brief description of the issue
2. your Building location and room number

In the Body of the email please describe the issue in detail and what steps you have taken to fix the issue already.

For phone issues, follow the same instructions, but include "phone" in the subject line.
