The Omak School District has four School Board positions up for the General Election on November 5, 2019.


The positions to be filled are:
- Board of Director, District No. 2 (4-year, regular term)
- Board of Director, District No. 3 (4-year, regular term)
- Board of Director, District No. 4 (2-year, unexpired term)
- Board of Director, District No. 5, At Large (4-year, regular term)

FAQs about the Elections:
Q:  Is the school district responsible for providing candidate information?
A:  No, candidate information has to be provided to the public by the individual campaigns.  The district can provide only factual information under WA election law.

Q:  How can I learn more about the candidates who have applied?
A:  We encourage community members to personally talk with the individuals running, to read the election article in The Chronicle, or look up information published on the website link:

Filing week was May 13-17, 2019.  Each individual who filed is a registered voter, U.S. citizen, lives within the boundaries of the District they applied for, and has filed a financial disclosure statement with the State Public Disclosure Commission.  Filing procedures are available upon request.
